Permission to use this website
You may browse, link to, and use the public website for lawful personal, research, and business-evaluation purposes. You must not damage or interfere with the website; probe, bypass, or defeat security without written authorisation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; misuse forms or automated interfaces; scrape at a rate that degrades service; or attempt to access restricted accounts, storage, systems, or data without permission.
Overspill services and ownership
Unless a service page expressly identifies another owner or licence, Overspill owns or controls the service name, brand, source code, product design, interface, documentation, original research, and other materials it creates and publishes under that service. The same applies to the Overspill name, visual identity, website design, and original website content.
Images and media
Overspill owns or controls photographs, illustrations, graphics, video, audio, animation, screenshots, and other media that it creates; commissions under terms assigning or licensing the relevant rights; acquires; or receives through a written assignment or licence. Unless an express licence or applicable law permits otherwise, you must obtain written permission before copying, republishing, distributing, selling, sublicensing, materially altering, using in advertising, training a commercial model on non-public media, or using protected Overspill media to imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Credited, linked, embedded, licensed, open-source, public-domain, contributed, or other third-party media remains subject to the relevant owner's rights, attribution requirements, and licence terms. Its appearance on this website does not transfer ownership to Overspill or grant a visitor permission to reuse it.
Copyright, trade marks, and permitted sharing
You may share links and brief quotations for legitimate commentary, reporting, or evaluation where the law permits and attribution is clear. You may not copy or republish substantial material, redistribute software, remove notices or attribution, imitate an Overspill brand, sell or sublicense protected material, or create a misleading derivative or endorsement without written permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party libraries, APIs, datasets, fonts, platforms, embeds, trademarks, open-source software, and contributed materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licences. Their inclusion does not transfer those rights to Overspill or to a website visitor.
Information, previews, and availability
Public pages describe current intentions and capabilities. Roadmaps, availability, pricing, integrations, release status, screenshots, and descriptions can change. Nothing on the public website is a binding offer, warranty, service level, or commitment. A commercial obligation exists only when the relevant parties accept a separate written agreement.
No regulated professional advice
Website content is general information about Overspill, its services, people, decisions, and journey. It is not legal, financial, investment, medical, security, tax, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. Obtain appropriate advice and verify information before relying on it for a material decision.
Your submissions
You retain rights in material you submit. You grant Overspill a limited permission to receive, store, reproduce internally, review, and use that material only as reasonably necessary to answer the request, assess a potential relationship, protect the service, comply with law, and keep appropriate records. Do not submit confidential, export-controlled, unlawful, infringing, credential, health, payment-card, or other highly sensitive information unless a separate written arrangement authorises it.
You confirm that you have the right to submit the material and that processing it for the stated purpose will not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
Third-party services
Links and optional embeds may lead to services not controlled by Overspill. Their content, continuity, security, accessibility, data use, and terms are their responsibility. A link, integration, or embed does not by itself mean that Overspill endorses or guarantees the provider.
Website availability and security
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, restrict, or remove pages and cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free, or vulnerability-free operation. You are responsible for using appropriate device, browser, network, and account security.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct. Subject to that rule and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Overspill is not responsible for indirect, consequential, special, or purely economic loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website, including loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, or data.
Enforcement, changes, and severability
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, systems, users, rights, or legal obligations. We may update these terms and will update the displayed review date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
